	Please download Application and Contract Form to Book Space
	Cheque/Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of "Confederation of Indian Industry" payable in Mumbai

General Rules:

	The Delegate Fee is inclusive of the Service Tax and Education Cess @ 10.30%
	Pre-Registration and Pre-Payment is a must
	A 10% discount for 3 or more delegates
	Programme is non-residential, delegate fee non-refundable but change in nomination accepted
